I wouldn't pay more for this obviously but since HF and BA are price comparable. The little package of ingredients is not necessary but appreciated I just pull out the bag, versus digging through my fridge for the BA ingredients. I really love how it has you use one ingredient multiple ways (for example, sauteeing the white part of scallions, and using the green part for garnish)Įxcellent variety, both for veggie and non-veggie meals, the recipes are things I would never think to cook myself but now will re-buy the ingredients
Excellent use of spices, sauces, different flavors, etc. The food is just damn tasty, I don't think we had a single meal we didn't love. Overall, after doing four weeks of each, we're switching permanently to HF and canceling BA entirely. We get the veggie meals (not vegetarian just trying to eat less meat for the environment) unless one of the meat meals looks way way better. My partner and I tried mealkits for the first time starting this January.
